Rochester Manufacturing is a CNC machining job shop making precision metal and plastic parts for a variety of industries. Established in 1979, we have developed a well rounded complement of machines, tooling and well qualified personnel. Our plant is located 40 miles west and south of Cleveland in Wellington, Ohio.

- Reverse Engineering Capabilities
- Quality Assurance: First piece, in process and final inspection are routine. Quality manual in compliance with ISO 9000 standards is followed. Staffed, well equipped, dedicated climate controlled inspection facility.
- SPC: We are able to provide SPC information to customer requirements.
- Plant Operations: M1 database manufacturing system tracks all aspects of manufacturing and accounting information.
- Computer Aided Manufacturing: Gibbs CAM 2006 2 1/2D solids, Predator interconnected with CNC machine tools,and Solid Works for tool/ fixture design and solid modeling.
- Trade Association: National Tooling and Machining Association.
